Michelle S. Bishop, Principal Consultant, Total Economic Impact, Forrester
Michelle is a leading expert on measuring and communicating the value of vendor solutions for IT and business initiatives, providing ROI business cases based on the costs, benefits, flexibility, and risk associated with specific investments. Michelle also works with clients to evaluate business and technology investment opportunities through financial analysis.
Previous Work Experience
Prior to Forrester, Michelle held leadership roles in operations, technology, and marketing in large organizations like Shell Corporation and Avaya, Inc. At Shell, she was a product manager for LPG retail distribution initiatives as well as project lead for quality and information security at Shell Philippines. While working at Avaya, she led the inventory reduction program and consulted on various aftermarket operations projects. Michelle also came to Forrester with process improvement and account management experience in high growth start-ups in media and digital services.
Michelle holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of the Philippines and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Ted Dimbero, co-founder and Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Zyme
Ted is the cofounder of Zyme and is the Chief Customer Officer. In this role, he is responsible for all customer facing activities including operations, support, professional services, and customer advocacy. Prior to Zyme, Ted spent seven years in various consulting and product development leadership roles at i2 Technologies, the market leader of supply chain management software. As Vice President of consulting at i2, Ted delivered supply chain transformation projects globally to a broad base of high-tech companies across the semiconductor, OEM and distribution sectors. Ted was also the head of information systems for Hitachi Semiconductor America where he was responsible for all the business, engineering, manufacturing applications and infrastructure to support Hitachi's North American facilities. Ted has also previously held management and engineering positions at Harris Semiconductor, where one of his business transformation programs was awarded the 1995 Franz Edelman award for management science achievement.
