Tim is responsible for providing support for our customers to maximize their value received from the Zyme platform and associated services. In this role he is responsible for our customer interface for ongoing managed services, our Customer Success team, and our Customer Support team.
Tim has more than 20 years’ experience in a broad variety of high tech executive roles including responsibilities for customer success, customer support, professional services, and engineering teams. He has extensive experience within both early stage SaaS companies as well as established global high technology companies.
Before joining Zyme, Tim was Vice President of Customer Success at Conviva, a SaaS video streaming analytics and optimization company. He was responsible for their customer success, customer support, professional services, and sales engineering teams. For the majority of his tenure at Conviva, he was also their acting CFO, responsible for the finance, legal, and IT help desk functions as well. Prior to Conviva, he was Vice President of Professional Services and Support at LiveOps, a SaaS contact center platform provider.
In addition to managing multiple engineering teams at Siemens and IBM earlier in his career, Tim played a key executive role in Splash Technology, Inc., as Senior Vice President and effectively the founder of the successful color server venture-backed company. He played a key role in rapidly scaling the business from zero to $85M in annual revenue, as well as in their successful IPO and secondary offerings.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California Davis.
