Karl Martin, Senior Director

Karl Martin, Senior Director - Global Operations, Analytics & Business Intelligence, Dell

In his current position, Karl is a leading player in the transformation that is occurring at Dell. He was recently recognized as a Franz Edelman Laureate by the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) for his work leveraging advanced analytics to transform Dell’s Consumer business. Karl has 15 years of executive level experience in the technology and automotive industries effectively leading global functions such as performance analytics, decision sciences, manufacturing operations, strategic planning, supply chain management, lifecycle management, and transformational change management. Prior to joining Dell, Karl held several leadership positions with Daimler-Chrysler establishing a proven track record of success. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. For the past 29 years, Dell has changed the way we interact with computing with its direct model supply chain and standards-based technology. Today Dell is doing the same in retail. By driving a new paradigm of supply chain enablement with its retail partners, Dell is transforming its consumer retail business to serve its customers better, faster, simpler and more efficiently – driving customer delight and a win-win partnership with its retail partners. Dell is a $61 billion global technology solutions company providing computing solutions and services to meet the needs of customers.

Mukund Ramaratnam, VP & GM

Mukund Ramaratnam, VP & GM, Zyme Applications

Mukund is responsible for Zyme’s Applications business as well as Zyme’s strategic partnerships and alliances. His application portfolio includes solutions that integrate with Salesforce.com and management of channel programs which shape the way Zyme customers consume their data and transform their business. Prior to Zyme, Mukund led AMD's consumer business, responsible for PC go-to-market initiatives worldwide. He also led AMD's market development initiatives for emerging markets like Brazil, India, and China. Prior to AMD, he was with McKinsey and Company as a consultant serving the executive teams of Fortune 500 companies in technology, healthcare and financial services. He holds an MBA from Wharton and an MS in Engineering from the University of Southern California.
